According to the law (62/2011. (VI.30.) VM Decree) cooked food, if not possible to be kept warm, may remain on offer for no longer than 3 hours after they are ready. Away from the law, there are certain external factors due to which, based on sensory perception, it is recommended to shorten this period (e.g. at an outdoor event in summer on a hot day).

In this case we charge overtime fee, which includes drinks consumption and all the wages of logistics and service staff. Overtime fee is calculated on each started hour and the total number of guests.

In case of more guests turning up at the event than the order had been placed for, we invoice the ordered food and drinks package at a 70% price, due to the extra drinks consumption and use of equipment, as well as the possible loss of prestige.
